Jeff is a seasoned business owner, operator, and consultant with over 20 years of experience in RV park and campground management and nearly 30 years in civil construction. He specializes in developing strategic business and operational plans for hospitality and tourism-based businesses, combining his expertise in project estimation, planning, and execution to help clients succeed. As the former owner and operator of Eagle Vista RV Resort & Campground and Whistle Punk Hollow Adventure Golf, Jeff has hands-on experience designing, building, and expanding campground facilities while fostering long-term guest relationships.

Jeff holds a Master of Arts in Tourism Management from Royal Roads University and advanced certifications in RV park management from the National Association of RV Parks and Campgrounds. Known for his pragmatic approach, Jeff is skilled in stakeholder negotiations and excels at linking people and processes to drive sustainable growth. He currently serves as Treasurer for the BC Lodging & Campground Association Board and was a founding member of ARVC’s 20 Group IV, a network of campground professionals dedicated to sharing industry insights and advancing best practices across North America.
